Using the Kuali Coeus Proposal and Budget Development module allows an organization to create and submit a grants.gov proposal "system to system" (S2S). For the majority of funding announcement opportunities available through Grants.gov, you can submit a S2S proposal without the use of the Adobe forms package. For Grants.gov S2S, Proposal Development features are:
- Add current grants.gov opportunity to a proposal
- Form schemas and validations
- Preview the entire application as a PDF file prior to submission
- View updated grants.gov submission status inside the KC proposal document
KC Proposal/Budget Development functionality related to grants.gov submission
- Data from the proposal and budget are used for S2S submission
- Question and Questionnaire features for grants.gov form mapping
- Upload attachments and abstracts for proposal narrative documents required by the FOA
