Request for Bylaws Change October 15, 2008
A Foundation Board member has submitted a request for a change to the Kuali Foundation Bylaws. This request is based upon conversations by the Board and in the community over the past few weeks. The Board is sending this information to the institutional contacts at each Kuali member institution and Commercial Affiliate. This document will be posted for 30 days, and then the Foundation Board will vote on this request in their November Board meeting at Kuali Days VII.
