A Foundation Board member has submitted a request for a change to the Kuali Foundation Bylaws.
This request is based upon conversations by the Board over the past few weeks in preparation for upcoming elections to the Board. The Board is sending this information to the institutional contacts at each Kuali member institution and Commercial Affiliate. This document will be posted for 30 days, and then the Foundation Board will plan to vote on this request in their July Board meeting.
