In collaboration with all of its constituents, the Kuali Rice Team is pleased to present the 2011-13 Kuali Rice Roadmap, containing detailed information on the upcoming 4 releases. To see Road Map and more details, go to Kuali Rice Roadmap 2011
Important progress is being achieved by our development teams on Rice 2.0, including collaboration with Kuali Coeus and Kuali Student via cross-project teams on KRMS (Kuali Rules Management System) and KRAD (Kuali Rapid Application Development).
What is KRAD? This is the next generation Kuali Nervous System (KNS) which will provide a rich user interface, screen layout options, improved configuration and flexibility and more to increase value and decrease development time! See our flier on KRAD: Benefits of KRAD
KRMS is a new module of Kuali Rice which implements the functionality of a business rule management system. It can be used to define rules that can drive workflow routing, dispatch notifications, and perform validation. In addition, a pluggable architecture will allow for KRMS to be applied to other situations where business rules are needed. It will also include an end user interface that can be used by business rule authors to create and maintain their rule sets.

The Kuali Rice Team
