Pricing
Kuali Ready is priced at $8,000 per year for members of the Kuali Foundation, and $11,000 per year for non-members. Pricing is on a per-institution basis, with no additional cost for adding users or plans.
What about Larger University Systems?
For institutions that are part of a larger university system and the system joins the Kuali Foundation and sponsors the institution, price is $5,500 per year.
If the sponsored institution is already a Kuali Foundation member, the price is $4,000 per year.
What if my organization is not an educational institution?
If your organization is a non-profit in support of higher education, such as a consortium, research center, or laboratory, then you may subscribe to Kuali Ready at the Educational Affiliate price of $11,000 per year. If your organization does not fit these criteria, please contact us for more information.
Will these prices change?
The prices posted on the website may be subject to change to recover the costs of providing the Kuali Ready service. Prices will be re-evaluated annually by the Project Board, subscribers will be notified by email in advance, and changes will be posted to this page.
Support
Support for the application is included in the cost and is provided to one named user for each institution, most likely the individual or office responsible for continuity planning.
Support includes documentation, assistance in using the tool, and an issue management process for submitting bugs and having them fixed.
