Kuali Time is based on Indiana University's current timekeeping system, TIME. TIME has been in use at Indiana University (IU) for over 5 years and all of IU's non-exempt and hourly staff are using the system. Each bi-weekly pay period, IU creates and routes over 17,000 timesheets using Kuali Rice Workflow.
Indiana University is currently working on implementing Kuali Time. Implementation is scheduled to be complete in Summer 2012.
