2011 Kuali Coeus User Conference

The 2011 Kuali Coeus User Conference will be held March 27-30, 2011 in Austin, Texas. The conference program will help attendees connect the dots, and contains a full slate of sessions designed to help participants navigate the functionality of both Coeus and Kuali Coeus. Join us to talk with your colleagues about implementations, strategies, and best practices. We hope to see you in Austin!

Everyone registered by February 21, 2011 will be entered into a drawing for an iPad 32GB w/ Wi-Fi and case ($638 value). Afternoon Workshops (1pm-5pm). The bulk of systems demonstrations of Coeus and Kuali Coeus will take place on Sunday. There are 3 demos: Kuali Coeus, Coeus, and BIRT Training. The schedule is listed in the final program.

As of February 7, the room block/rate for Saturday night (3/26) is completely sold out. If you try to make your hotel reservation under the group code for March 26, you will receive an error. You will be able to make your reservation to begin on March 27. Our conference hotel has worked out an arrangement with their sister hotel, Omni Southpark, to provide rooms on Saturday, March 26 at $129 per night. The Omni Southpark is 5 miles from the conference hotel, and taxi fare is approximately $15. While we recognize the inconvenience of staying at a different hotel on Saturday night, it is far cheaper than booking at the normal rate ($309), or any other hotel in the downtown area.
If you would like to book at the Omni Southpark, please visit their web site. If you choose this option, please only book for a room at the Omni Southpark for Saturday night, as we must meet our contracted number of rooms with the host hotel.
